THE VISION

To RESTORE hope through radical compassion, relentless service, and the power of the Gospel, until hope rises in every heart, and the name of Jesus is lifted in every place we serve.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Andre Diaz is the Founder and Field Director of RESTORE, a compassion-driven ministry based in Tampa Bay that was birthed in 2017. He and his wife Monica are both ordained pastors who have been faithfully serving in ministry for over 17 years. Married for 28 years with four beautiful children, and a grandson, they’ve built a life centered on Christ, family, and radical obedience to the call of God.

This call would lead them to relocate from Philadelphia to Florida to establish a new base of operations for the ministry. It was only nine months later that RESTORE was launched into full-scale action in response to a major hurricane. Providing relief, assisting local Pastors and churches with reaching the most vulnerable. It was that season that the Lord would make it abundantly clear, that RESTORE was birthed "for such a time as this".

Their conviction is simple but costly: please God at all costs, and go where others won’t. That call has taken them into disaster zones, underserved communities, broken churches, and across international borders — bringing mercy to the hurting and hope to the forgotten.

RESTORE exists to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the hardest moments. Through preaching, provision, rebuilding, and compassion, they run toward the broken — not away from them. This is not just ministry. It’s the Kingdom in motion.

Disaster Relief & Recovery

When crisis hits, we respond quickly engaging local communities through the local authorities, churches, and partner non profits. From meeting practical needs (food, water, supplies) to full clean outs and rebuilding homes, we bring hope to hurting communities, restoring what storms tried to take.

“They will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated.”  Isaiah 61:4

Serving the vulnerable in our community.

Serving Widows, Orphans, and Retired Pastors/Ministers
We honor those the world has forgotten — offering care, companionship, and practical support to widows, orphans, and retired leaders who once carried the burden of the Church.

“Pure and undefiled religion is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble”  James 1:27

Preaching/Teaching and Leadership Development

We raise up bold leaders and strengthen churches through Spirit-filled preaching and hands-on leadership development. We build altars of prayer and equip teams to carry the Gospel with power and precision.
